Gobi Paratha


Ingredients
2 tsp Coriander leaves
2 cup grated Cauliflower
2 number Green chillies
1/2 number inch Ginger
to fry Oil
3-4 tbsp oil
1/2 number Oregano
1 tbsp Red chili powder
to taste Salt
4 cup Wheat flour

Method:

Mix wheat flour with little extra salt with oil & and water. Knead well. Make dough. Keep aside.
Mix grated cauliflower with green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, ajwain, chili powder as a filling in paratha.
Make medium size chapati balls, add the filling to it. Roll.
In a Tawa put little oil, fry the paratha on both the sides till golden brown. Serve hot with curd, green chutney or ketchup
