
Ingredients
* Paneer 300 gms
* Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
* Ajwain 1 teaspoon
* Hung curd 1 cup
* Garam masala ½ teaspoon
* Chaat masala ½ teaspoon
* Red color a pinch
Method
* Mix all the ingredients into a paste and coat the paneer pieces with it.
* Pre-heat the oven at 230 degrees and cook on convection mode at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
* Serve with lemon juice and chaat masala.
