Groundnut Chutney Pudi
Groundnut Chutney Pudi serves an accompaniment / supplement for chapattis, breads, idli, dosas, vadas etc. It is easy to make and can be stored in an air-tight container for 3-4 weeks Ingredients: groundnuts 1 cup 1 tbsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp red chili powder 1 tsp sugar 2-3 garlic petals Salt to taste Method: 10 minsDirections: Roast the groundnuts in a pan. Allow to cool, In Mixer jar put ground nuts, chilli powder, garlic petals, sugar, salt and then grind into powder.
